DESCRIPTION:Join us for a day of GOLF!\nCelebrate while learning more about a common enzyme deficiency\, G6PDd. \nWelcome to the G64Health GOLF TOURNEY! Get ready to tee off on Monday\, August 31\, 2026\, at one of the shotgun times: 8:30 AM\, 10:30 AM\, or 12:30 PM at the Par 3 beautiful E Donald Conroy Golf Course. This golf Tourney is to play 9 holes with 6 Clubs only. Join us for a day of fun\, friendly competition\, contests\, great raffles\, and of course\, plenty of celebrations to follow! The G64Health Celebration will take place down the street at Lily Flanigan’s Pub from 2:30 PM -5:30 PM. Beer-Wine & Food are included! Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a beginner\, this event is perfect for adult golfers of all skill levels. All proceeds will go to the G6PD Deficiency Foundation Awareness Campaign. \n*We added a Driving Contest to be held at the renovated Santapogue Creek County Golf Course (Bergen Point) Driving Range for all to participate before or after their shotgun time. Bring your driver to participate! This event is also open to the public. \nBefore Purchasing Your Ticket\n\nHave a partner chosen (many do not and we will assign one if solo)\nPick a shotgun time preference if still available\nTo create a foursome etc.\, it is best to purchase # of tkts under a single purchase with the same Team Captain Name\nA Golf Ticket costs $160/player which includes the Shotgun Tourney\, Driving Range Contest and the following Celebration at Lilys in Babylon. There are other types of tickets offered. Celebration tickets for non golfers ($100) and tickets to participate in the Driving Range Contest only ($25).\nRain or Shine Event\n\n\nQuestions Often Asked\n\nWhat time should I arrive to check in to play?\nCheck in no sooner than 45 minutes before shotgun time. Shotgun times will start promptly! Please dress in golf attire..no jeans or tank tops!\nHow do I make sure I’m assigned to play with certain Golfers?\nYou can be sure that you are playing with certain players by buying all the shotgun tickets under one purchase. Take note it will ask you each player’s email & phone contact information . All tickets bought under same Team Captain name will play together. Up to four tickets per Team Captain Name.\nHow do I choose a Golf Partner?\nWhen you purchase tickets it will ask your partner’s name for Partner Golf contests. Only one partner per player. If you decide after purchase\, kindly let us know by email to info@g6pdDF.org Subject:GOLF PARTNER before 8-20-2025. After that date\, You will automatically be assigned a partner if you do not have one.\nWhat does 6 clubs mean?\nEach player can only bring to the course 5 clubs of your choice & a putter! Remember this is a 9 hole Par3 contest. There will be fun challenges along the course to win more raffle tickets for the Celebration. Call the golf course for Hole distances if not familiar with the course. 631-669-2340.\nAre there golf carts available?\nThis 9 hole Par3 golf course is WALK ONLY! There are few handcarts available to rent on a first come first serve basis.\nIs the Driving Range Contest at Sumpwams Golf Course?\nNo! It will be held at the newly renovated driving range at Santapogue Creek County Golf Course (Bergen Point ) 69 Bergen Ave West Babylon\, NY 11704. Minutes away from both Sumpwams golf course and Lily’s Flanagan Celebration! It starts at 10am & ends 2PM and the contest is also open to the public!\nWhat is Early Bird Raffle?\nThe deadline for purchasing shotgun Admit Tickets is Monday 8/20/26. If you buy your tickets by the 6/30/2026 you will automatically be entered into the Early Bird Raffle. Each Admit purchase will count as one EB Raffle ticket. You must be present to be a winner.\nIs the G64Health Celebration at the Golf Course?\nNo! It will be held at down the road from the course at Lily Flanagan’s Pub\, 345 Deer Park Ave\, Babylon\, NY 11702. Doors open 2:30PM\nWhat do I do between the time of the shotgun game and the G64Health Celebration gathering?\nDoors open for the G64Health Celebration 2:30PM. After finishing the 8:30am & 10:30am shotguns\, golfers should participate and go to the Driving Range Contests at Santapogue Creek Golf Course. The 12:30 shotgun players must participate the Driving Range Contests before their shotgun registration time. Kindly leave the Sumpwams golf course upon completion of the shotgun to ease the parking spaces for the other shotguns. You can park your car at Lily’s at Babylon for the day. and visit beautiful Babylon Village.\nDoes my purchases count as a donation Tax write-off?\ng6pd Deficiency Foundation is a 501-C3 nonprofit organization.
